You have completed Masters in Management so you are eligible for UGC NET exam in Management but you can't apply in Tourism subject.

The educational qualification required for NET exam is masters degree from a recognized university with above 55% marks. 5% relaxation is given for SC/ST category candidates.

There is no age criteria for NET exam but for JRF posts, your age should be below 28 years.

I am sorry to say you that you cannot appear for NET exam in Tourism.
As you have completed your Masters Degree in Management so you are eligible for giving UGC NET examination in Management rather than in Tourism subject.
The eligibility criteria for the above NET examination is that a candidate should have completed Masters Degree from a recognized University with at least 55% of marks.
There is no age limit for NET examination.
