Yes, you can study in BE in USA. Nowadays many students from India studying in USA. You have to decide first the state and then university and finally apply for the course you want to study. You have to prepare well before you go there. If you find some friends then it is fine. You should protect your belongings and know the local laws and follow it carefully.

If you are going to another country through legal procedure then surely it will be safe for you without any doubt. Crime is everywhere and one can not guarantee that it is absolutely safe in US but India is one of the worst place for girls everyone knows that.

Therefore, US will be better than India for sure if you are a girl student. In fact law in US favors girls most of the time according to various people.

Girls safety is a big issue nowadays, but honestly speaking, studying anywhere is feasable for girls if the become alert of people and try to abide by the law of that state of country.

Therefore, if you want to study your BE in US, there is no problem at all, but do always try to keep yourself away from danger and try not to indulge in any kind of stuff you are unaware of and I am sure that you will return home safely after the completion of you course.
