What is better to do M tech OR PHD after MCA or any other specialization ?

You should positively concentrate on PhD it is more prestigious, secure and safe for bright future. Mtech is equivalent to MCA and you will be eligible for teaching in AICTE recognised Institute. but by doing PHD you will be receiver for teaching in AICTE as well as UGC or CSIR or any other affiliated organisations.

What is better to do MTech or Ph.D. after MCA?

MCA is limited to the basic theoretical aspect of computer applications along with its practical knowledge and PhD builds an in-depth perspective in the subject.

It's better to do PhD after MCA.
You can do PhD in Computer Science, PhD in Computer Engineering etc..

Qualification required for PhD ,you must have a post graduate degree with minimum 55%marks from a recognized university.

If you have completed MCA from a recognized university and have scored at least 55% marks in aggregate then it is better to pursue PhD.
But it depends on you that what you want to pursue.
