In most of the central universities, you need to qualify for the entrance test NET, or GATE to get admission in India. You must have completed a post-graduation with a minimum of 55% from any recognized university.

Central Universities like Delhi University, Calicut University, Mumbai University, Christ university, etc.

You can get admission in central university by qualifying entrance exams. But if you are seeking admission in private central university then you can definitely get admission. The duration is three years in India.

Those applying for PhD programme must have Masters degree from a recognised university to apply for admission in research programme.

They must have scored atleast 55% marks in their PG.
The eligibility criteria differs from college to college.
Some give give preference to UGC NET, while some take their own entrance exam.
