What is the qualification required to apply for part time Ph.D?

I have Secured 52.5% in MA English from KSOU Mysore. I have 25 years of teaching experience to my credit and still serving in an ICSE school as PG Teacher. I am willing to continue my education further and go for a part time PhD course in English. Am I eligible for this? If so, what is the procedure? Please guide me.

For Ph.D admission you need to have masters degree with at least 55% marks in relevant field. There is relaxation of 5% marks for reserved category candidates.

Hence, if you belong to reserved category, then surely you will be eligible for Ph.D in part time mode. Admission is based on merit through entrance exam and interview.

No, you are not eligible for Ph.D course because your masters degree marks is below 55%.

Eligibility criteria for Ph.D course:-

1)Those candidates who have completed masters from a recognized university with above 55% marks are eligible for Ph.D course.

2)There are no age criteria for Ph.D course.
