i wanna take admission in PhD(biotech) in dec, what are the colleges offering admission in phd twice a year with good repo,,

i have completed my Msc from University of Lucknow with 70% and cleared GATE 2012 with 98.8 percentile,,

You have completed your M.Sc degree from lucknow university so you are eligible for Ph.D course because you have GATE score of 2012.
