Sir, I am MA Economics student and want to apply for PhD in Economics at Central University of Karnataka, Gulbarga. When the application form will be out?

In order to pursue PhD Economics from Central University of Karnataka, you should have completed M.Phil or master's degree with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university. The university conducts an entrance examination to select the candidates. UGC-NET/SLET qualified candidates will not have to appear for the examination, they can directly appear for the interview and get admission.

The application forms for PhD economics will be available from 10th May, 2018 and will end on 17th June, 2018.

Candidates those who have completed masters in Economics with a minimum of 55% marks from any recognized university are eligible to apply for PhD in the relevant discipline at Central University of Karnataka. The application form can be downloaded from the university official website http://www.cuk.ac.in/. The application form will be available from 10th May, 2018 and it will be remain available till 17th June, 2018. You also have to appear and qualify in UGC NET entrance exam in order to get admission for PhD course at the aforesaid university.

Since, you have completed MA in Economics, you are eligible to opt for the Ph.D course in Economics from Central University of Karnataka.
Candidates those who have completed their MA in Economics from a recognized University with a minimum of 55% of marks in it are eligible to opt for the Ph.D course in Economics from the above mentioned University.
Admission is based on the marks scored in the NET examination.
