I have scored 386 IN GATE 2017 in Life Science . Now where should I apply to pursue my Phd in areas of Life Science .Please help. Please

YES, you are eligible to apply for NITs as well and as per your score of 386 in life science you might not get seat in IITs but you will surely get seat in NITs.
