I have a B tech degree from a UGC based university/college can i go for a masters degree
in US ? Am i elligible to write GRE exams and can I
go for masters degree abroad for other countries ?

Yes, you can definitely go for MS course in US. You are eligible to write GRE exams and you can go for master degree abroad for other countries. Apart from that, you need to appear for English proficiency test like TOEFL, IELTS, etc which is essential to get admission for MS course in US.
