Minimum percentage of marks required for PGDM admission is 50 % in last qualifying exam or graduation.
As you have got 47 % , there are less chances of your getting admission in good college.
You can try for admission in some low grade colleges that offer admission with such percentage.

You can not apply for PGDM after scoring below 50. For MBA degree program you need at least 50% in graduation. For further more details regarding this you can check it out on Google.

To be eligible for admission to the PGDM Program, the participants must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks or equivalent in any discipline, recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) for admission to post-graduate programs.

Having completed your graduation degree i.e; B.Com with 47% marks in aggregate, you are not eligible to pursue PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) degree course from any top management colleges if you belong to general category as for getting admission in top management colleges, one is required to qualify management entrance examination and for appearing in these examination the minimum marks required in graduation degree is 50% (or 60%) with relaxation of 5% allowed in case of reserved category candidates.
