I am a CSE graduate of this year and I want to apply for JIIT PGCET. I haven’t applied for GATE so, I can get admission for M.Tech(CSE) through JIIT PGCET?

Most of the colleges prefer GATE candidates first and they appear for counselling first. Rest of the seats which remain unfilled are filled through PGCET conducted on state level.

Hence, surely you can get admission in M.Tech without GATE but you will not be eligible stipend plus chances of admission in a top college is very less.

No, I am sorry to say that you cannot get admission in M.Tech course without having appeared for GATE examination as it is the minimum educational requirement in order to be eligible to get admission in the course.
