Eligibility for All India MCA Entrance Examination
Dear sir, I have completed graduation in B.Sc(Biology)45% & also completed GNIIT(Software Eng) 70% from NIIT. I completed (10 2) without Math. So, I can appear for the MCA(All India MCA Entrance Examination.

Eligibility:-
The candidate needs to complete their 10+2 and graduation in any of the disciplines with Mathematics or Statistics as their main subject, from a recognized university. Candidates in their final year of graduation can also register for the examination. |

The eligibility for the All India MCA Entrance examination is a candidate must be an Indian citizen. There is no age limit to appear for the entrance examination and the candidate must have passed BSc/BSc(Honours), BCA/BIT under 10+2+3 pattern with Mathematics/Statistics as a subject or equivalent from a recognized university. The minimum percentage may vary which you can check before applying. I am also giving you the various entrance examinations which are available for MCA admission.

The basic eligibility criteria required to apply for this All India MCA Entrance Examination is given below, >> Candidates must have completed Bachelor's degree from a recognized university or institution in order to be eligible. >> Or Candidates must have completed Bachelor's degree with Mathematics as one of the subjects to be eligible. >> Candidates from BE or B.Tech background or BCA are eligible for pursuing this course. Hence, if you have done Graduation with mathematics as one of the subjects then you are eligible. |

MCA is Master in Computer Application. Examination is conducted for admission in premier institutions.
NIMCET examination is conducted for admission in NITs and other colleges on the basis of rank in the examination. The required minimum aggregate to appear in the examination is 60% or 6.5 CGPA in bachelor degree. So, you are not eligible to appear for the examination. |

NIMCET is NIT MCA Common Entrance Test. It is a national level entrance test conducted for admission in the MCA course in an recognised university. The eligibility to appear for the examination is that candidate must have passed bachelor degree with minimum 60% aggregate and relaxation for reserved category.
So, you are not eligible for appearing in the entrance examination to get admission in the course. |

Eligibility for All India MCA Entrance Examination can be seen below.
Candidate must have completed Graduation degree with any specialization with minimum aggregate of 50% from recognized university. There is no upper age limit to appear in any entrance exam. Candidate must have Mathematics as compulsory subject in intermediate in order to secure MCA admission. |

Candidates who have passed B.E or B. Tech are eligible for MCA admission. Candidates who have passed B.Sc in Computer Science is also eligible for admission. Candidates who have passed BCA are eligible for MCA admission. |
