The basic eligibility criteria required to study PhD course after PGDM in HR course is given below:

>> In order to study Ph.D Course, candidates must have completed Master's Degree in the respective discipline from a recognized university or institute.

PGDM is generally not allowed as eligibility for PhD admission.
However, if your PGDM is equivalent to MBA as per the AIU norms then you can persue PhD.
If the institution from where you did your PGDM is not under AIU , then you are not eligible.
For getting admission in PhD , the candidate must have completed masters degree in relevant subject with atleast 55% and above marks from a recognised board.
Admission to PhD is granted on the basis of entrance exam (national or university level entrance exam).
