I want to do my pg in aeronautics. So, please tell me how to get admission in aeronautics in India?

Procedure to get admission in aeronautics in India:-

Applicants must pass or appearing 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or equivalent AICTE approved 3 years engineering diploma in any stream or any higher qualification in Science with Physics and Mathematics at the time of admission .

Applicants must have a minimum of 50% marks in 12th in PCM or equivalent.

To get admission to postgraduation in Aeronautics in India a candidate must have passed BE/BTech in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent with a minimum score of 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized university. Admission to most of the colleges is done through a GATE score. This course is offered by many engineering colleges in India and the admission criteria are through scores obtained in the entrance test. The minimum scores may vary from university to university which you can check before applying.

First of all register yourself on this website and thereafter login in with the details and fill the application form with all the required details and upload the scanned copy of all the relevant documents. Pay the application fee and submit the form.

Aeronautical Engineering is offered in by many engineering colleges in India. Admission criteria for Aeronautical Engineers are JEE Main and JEE Advanced score. The basic eligibility criteria for aeronautical engineering is minimum 70-75% marks in aggregate in PCM in Class 12.
