completed UG in November 2015. I got provisional certificate. Now I am doing B.Ed. My madam asking degree certificate also, because provisional validity date expired. In previous college degree certificate come in May 2017 only said. What the source of study B.Ed?

The degree certificates are generally given in two ways one is through convocation ceremony and another one is through postal delivery.
You can contact your college with your provisional certificate for the convocation (degree) certificate. The convocation certificates will be issued only after the convocation ceremony is over. You can also contact your university with a provisional certificate for convocation certificate. You can contact the university office for more details regarding the convocation (degree) certificate.

In order to get your original degree certificate, you must have to contact to the University from where you have completed Under Graduation course in November 2015.
Since you have got provisional degree with you, you can pursue higher degree courses based on the provisional degree until you get the original from the University.
