Being an M.Com student you must try to qualify exams like NET/SET so that you can become eligible for lecturer jobs in government colleges. This is the best option available for you.

You can also go for B.Ed if you want to become a school teacher. There are jobs available in various financial institutions for commerce graduates but you need to perform well in the interviews.
