I am going to apply for WB MTech PGET to secure seat for MTech course. I don’t know about the examination pattern of this admission test of this year. If anyone of you knows it then please tell me also.

The mode of examination of WBUT PGET for admissions in Engineering PG Courses would be offline.
The pattern of the question paper would be objective type having Multiple Choice Questions consisting of questions from English and Aptitude in Logical & Reasoning in First paper and second paper would consists of questions from Mathematics, Basic Science & Engineering Sciences . You will get 1 mark for each correct answer and there is no negative marking.

The examination pattern of the West Bengal University of Technology Post Graduate Entrance Test 2019 (WBUT PGET) is given below:

The examination will be conducted offline

Multiple Choice Questions are asked

It contains 50 questions and duration of the examination is 90 minutes

For each correct question 1 mark is given and there is no negative marking

Questions are asked from the following subjects:

Subject Paper

Mathematics and Basic Science

English and Aptitude

The pattern of the pattern of WB MTech PGET 2019 is given below:-

1)English and Aptitude : No. of questions would be 20 of 20 marks.


2)Mathematics and Basic Science: No. of questions would be 30 of 30 marks.

3)Subject Paper: No. of questions would be 50 of 50 marks.

There would be no negative marking.

The exam pattern for WB MTech PGET 2019 is:-

There will be a single question paper related to the selected stream. The question paper will contain the relevant questions as per the stream.
