What is the role of the form provided before going to HR round in Wipro Infotech?
I have given written test for Wipro Infotech. After compleing technical round, i was given a form by the company and asked to be filled before going to HR round? I want to know what is this form all about?

The form that you have filled before going to HR round is used by the interviewer to prepare questions to be asked in Interview.
He get to know about your Hobbies, Interest etc. Also, he get to know about your family background and you schooling. He goes through your marks in graduation and prepare his questions basis of your family background and your academic results. |
