The selection process consists of three rounds. The first round is a Group Discussion. Each of the groups are given 5 minutes for each topic as they are given two topics.

The second round is a written test. The test consists of 47 questions and the time duration is one hour. The questions are all technical and there is no negative marking. The third round is a personal interview. All these rounds are short-listing ones.
