How to get a software job while working as a lecturer for last 4 years?


Sir I have completed MCA in year 2012. So, I'm working with degree lecturer in 4 years experience but I'm not interested this field. I want software job. Sir, please give me some idea.

Most of the software companies may not consider the lecturer job as experience for software job. Many top companies will not consider candidates who have completed the course few years ago also. So you have to apply to the small companies for a software job. You can learn some of the demanding language like Java to get a software job. You can contact the consultancies available for this purpose and give them your resume. You should have very good technical knowledge and should have good communication skills. Try to stay in a city where there are more software companies like Chennai, Bangalore, Pune etc. These are some of the important tips to get a software job.
