1. How to prepare a winning CV?

- Prepare your CV with implementation of following points.

1. CV should be of 1 page.
2. Highlight current success, achievements and work experience more.
3. Mention skills and strengths which are true and fit well with the job requirements.
4. Mention hobbies in which you have adequate knowledge and are real. Do not mention watching movies, gyming as hobbies.
5. Keep your resume simple and do not fake in it. If you fake in it, then be prepared with all possible questions arising from what stuff you have written.

2. How to look smart ?

- Most important point to be smart - Don't be nervous, be confident and keep a smile on your face.
- Dress properly in formals. White and black combination is the best.
- Keep your hairstyle simple, nails clean and keep a hankerchief with you to wipe your face properly before entering the interview hall.
- Maintain a good posture and walk with confidence.
- Try to be an active listener and have patience.

3. Target questions

- Questions from your professional course, projects,training and achievements are common.
- Questions like Tell me about yourself, why should I hire you, why not other companies, etc. are usual target questions.
- Most of the interviewer give opportunity to question him/her, hence go prepared with 1/2 questions for the interviewer.
