The new pattern for Syntell recruitment 2015:-

Test-Section I/Arithmetic Reasoning and Analytical Thinking
25 minutes 15 questions
Test-Section II/ Mathematical critical thinking and Logical reasoning
35 minutes 10 questions
Test Section III/Test of communicative English
35 minutes 40 questions

Selection process for Syntel recruitment:-

Online Test
Technical Interview
Management Interview
HR Interview

Syntel is a reputed multinational company.

Required percentage of marks throughout the studies for Syntel is,

Syntel= 50%

Candidates having more than two years gap throughout the studies are not eligible for Syntel recruitment.

Eligibility Criteria:

You should have passed B.E / B.Tech / MCA from a recognized university or equivalent qualification. You must have secured at least 55% marks in aggregate in 10th, 12th, graduation and post-graduation. You should not have any standing backlogs at the time of appearing for campus selection. Maximum of one year of gap in studies are allowed with acceptable reason.

Selection Criteria:

-Group Discussion
-Technical Interview
-HR Interview

Aptitude Test Pattern:

-Analytical Reasoning - 30 Questions
-Numerical Ability - 30 Questions
-Verbal Ability - 30 Questions
