According to my knowledge GATE score is not much useful in securing job in private sector. It may be an advantage for sure when attending the interview. A top class already proven candidate will always be a good recruit for any company.

To make your resume directly reach HR there is no way other than referral who is already working in the company. Many HRs don't prefer that way also. Best possible way is to getting registered in their company portals or in job sites and/or through consultancies who will have better links with companies than us.

Regularly check the career pages of leading MNCs you will find many job postings seen regularly. Try to apply from that page. Definitely they will contact you on the basis of their requirement and urgency.

Alongside improve your skills in the core field. You should not slip away when you are given a chance to prove yourself. Be ready for big day.
