Hello Everyone,
Can anyone of you please tell me what is the salary package in Syntel for CICS Mainframe Trainee? Please let me know immediately. Thank you in advance.

For trainee they are hired at a package of 3.15 lakh per year. and during their training period they get the salary according to their package only but most company don't do this and fortunately Syntel do this.

You will be kept as a buffer for 1 year. 3 month of training and 9 months of on job training.

Then after you will become billable and then you will be given designation of Software Engineer.
