Should I move to Bangalore if placed in IBM being an employee of TCS?

Dear Sir,
I have attended the interview of IBM and got selected. But I am already working in TCS. They are providing me good salary in my district but I have to go Bangalore if I move to IBM. I am an Engineering graduate and I want your advice regarding this.

It depends on your personal interests and future goals. If the job offer from IBM is better than the present and you are ready to sacrifice your hometown and explore new place, then it is a very good opportunity, you should go for it. Moreover, if you are offered to learn some new technology in your domain, then it is a great opportunity.

However, if you are contended with the current job and do not want to leave your hometown, then you should not go for the job.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
