Hi Friends,
I have got a job in an MNC as I am a B.Tech fresher. I have a confusion about Individual Performance Bonus. My company is settled a margin for IPB. I don't understand what is Individual Performance Bonus. Can I know what is it?

There are many MNC's which give bonus on quarterly basis or every month. But some give once in a year but most of them give in every 3 months. In simple word IPB means you have to rely on your ability & skills. You can not depend on your team performance because at the end of the day your senior management going to see Individual performance. If you achieve your target & perform well over the definite period you will get more bonus compared to your colleagues.

So, you should trust your self. Bonus will come apart from salary. If you do not perform will get less bonus & at that time you can not raise questions.
