What is the qualification to became an HR in a company?
Dear Sir/Mam,
I am doing ma 2nd yr integrated M.E(mechanical)engineering in a private university in Chennai. my aim is to became a HR in a company so am eligible for HR? Can you please guide me with the steps on the same? It will be helpful if you can answer me soon. |

To become Human Resource you must complete graduation then do Mcom or MBA in HR.Most of the companies hire HR on the basis of their qualification and experience.There are candidates who joined as non HR and become HR even though they do not have qualification of HR but their performance made them HR.
But I suggest you to do post graduation in HR. |

The best thing that you can do currently is that you should opt for MBA in HR after completion of your graduation course and after completion for your MBA, you should apply for the post of HR in any top MNC.
You should also upload your CV in various online job portals, so that you might receive calls from the company itself, if there is any vacancy. |
