Dear Sir, Am doing my 2nd yr integrated M.E (mechanical) engineering in a private university in chennai. My aim is to became a HR in a company so am eligible for HR? What is the qualification required to apply in the private based companies?

To become HR is not so easy.It take experience and skill to become that.Also many candidates complete MBA in HR or operations.Also a few candidates join a private company not as a HR but after performing well they become that.Levels are Assistant HR then Manager HR after that Head HR.Last two is Business Head HR and Director HR.
