As far as my best knowledge is concerned, TCS TAT Test pattern has not been changed from 2016 and here is the basic selection process and examination pattern.

The selection process consists of,

@ Written Examination
@ Technical Interview
@ HR Interview

TCS Test pattern is as follows,

>> Programming Language Efficiency - 20 Questions - 20 Minutes

>> Quantitative Aptitude - 20 Questions - 20 Minutes

>> English Test - 1 Question - 10 Minutes

>> Coding Test - 1 Question - 20 Minutes

Total duration of the written examination is 90 minutes and of course there is a negative marking of 0.33 in Quant and Programming sections and no negative marking in other sections.
