The Digital signal processing subject taught under Calicut University is concerned with the representation of discrete time signals by a sequence of numbers or symbols and the transmission of these signals. Its goal is usually to measure, filter and compress continuous analog signals. This paper is divided into two parts. The first part has eight compulsory questions of 5 marks each. The second section consists of four 15 marks question. Both the sections are compulsory and no overall choices are present.
