Gujarat Technological University Civil Engineering 5th Sem- Structural Analysis-III Exam - Download Previous Year's Question Papers
The Civil Engineering course of Gujarat technological university is divided into eight semesters. In the fifth semester there is a paper on Structural Analysis III. The code of the paper is 150605. This is a 70 marks exam, of time duration 3 hours. The paper has five questions, all being compulsory. Again, the questions have been assigned a weighatge of 14 marks. Each question is again subdivided usually into two sub questions, each holding 7 marks. However, there can be more divisions, and marks are allotted accordingly. There can be choices between the questions, or within a question. Numerical questions are frequently asked in the paper. The important topics, from where students can expect a good number of questions, are flexibility method, stiffness method, problems on these two methods, dome, thrust, S.F., B.F., T.M., collapse load, straight beam, curved beam, kinetic theorem, static theorem, sheer force, bending moment, types of hinges etc. Below are attached some of the previous year’s question papers for your help.
