The Institute of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers is preferred as a standard institution for the telecommunication courses. It conducts examination for the diploma level course. This course is based on the computer science and it is a part time course. The paper holds general knowledge fundamentals of architecture and gives the proper knowledge about computer science. The paper consists of 100 marks and every student should get a minimum time span of three hours to solve all the questions. There are a maximum of seven questions. The first question is mandatory for every student and only four question from rest of the question. The questions are bit more theoretical and subjective types of question are asked from this paper.
