The Logic Design paper consists of different theories and concepts that are mentioned to the student prior to the beginning of the course. This deals with basic concepts of digital communications, fundamental limits on performance as well as sampling process. Other than that, there will also be questions from topics like the sampling process, waveform coding techniques and base band shaping for data, transmission and digital modulation techniques as well. Concepts like detection and estimation, spread spectrum modulation and its applications, control engineering, control systems technology, differential equations and Laplace transform applications as well as linear equations, block diagram algebra, system sensitivity and classifications, analysis and design of various kinds, signal flow graphs and root locus ANA etc also form a part of this paper. You won’t find any sectional division in this paper. You will get 9 questions with 1st objective one and all other long questions. Objective questions holds 2 marks while long questions have 16 marks each.
