IGNOU offers a post graduate diploma in Distance Education, through the mode of distance education itself. Support Services is one of the subjects in the course. The exam of the subject is a descriptive three hour test. The maximum marks of the subject which happens to be 75 are divided into three questions, each carrying 25 marks. The first question is a very long answer type questions. It has to be answered in 1200 words. In the second question, there are four questions. Each has to be written in 300 words. the last question is an assessment question. Below are attached some of the previous years question papers.
