The Law of Import and Export Examination for LLB second year is conducted for a total of 70 to 80 marks and the total time allotted for the examination paper is three hours. The paper is divided into two sections. Section 1 has five questions and all are compulsory. Each question has two parts and you can choose to attempt any 1. Some of the topics that are covered are State control over import and export goods, maxim Export or Perish, features of Export and Import trade, WTO, EXIM Policy, Government control over exports and imports, Special Economic Zone, Bill of Landing, International trade and quality control, Principle of Most Favoured Nation and antidumping norms in globalization. The second section consists of 10 marks and consists of a single question with two parts in which 1 need to be answered. Joint Venture, Foreign Direct Investment and international rules of technology transfer are some topics.
