This paper aims at providing students with a strong understanding in communicative English, which is basically grammar oriented and taught so that students will have no difficulty in communicating in their job positions and in life in general. The paper includes topics of grammar like synonyms and antonyms, comprehension where a passage is provided and students have to answer questions based on the passage, and flowcharts which show the relationship of clauses and phrases. These topics can only be perfected by the student through extensive practice and cultivation of skills like reading and composition. MCQ questions are often asked since grammar is an area where such objective questions can be provided. Reference to the context is also an important topic in this paper and is usually taught to the student with reference to passages already studied. Overall the objective of this paper is to create a sound base of grammatical and comprehensive accuracy in the student.
