In the 5th Semester of B. Tech, Electrical Engineering streams of PTU, there is existence of Electromagnetic Field Theory papers. Which divided into two parts, one relates to the class work of the students, that carries 50 marks and another one includes Exam papers of full 100 marks. However, the entire parts have five different Units, starting from Unit 1 to Unit 5. The various topics which are covered in these units are as follows:

Unit 1: Static Electric Fields
Unit 2: Steady Magnetic Fields
Unit 3: Time Varying Fields
Unit 4: Reflection as well as Refraction of E M Waves
Unit 5: Transmission Theory
