The students appearing for the SSLC exams should have completed at least 14 and half years of age. The language papers – English as well as Tamil will by all means be conducted in the particular language only. The students are free to select Tamil as their first language. The whole paper comes for 125 marks which include objective and descriptive type questions. All the questions asked in the exam are based on the syllabus. The exam is held three times a year and the fees for the same are Rs. 115. For students interested in improving their educational qualifications, these exams become mandatory.
