I am going to give board examination in 2021. My session is 2020-2021. My date of birth is 14/12/2006. Is any problem related to my DOB?

--- No, there will be no problem related to your date of birth because in order to appear in class 10th board examination there is no minimum or maximum age set by the board because as per the guidelines, if the candidate has successfully completed class ninth and registered for class 10th board examination then, he or she is eligible to appear in class then with any age.
