To be eligible to appear in NEET examination, you should have passed 12th standard or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects with 50% aggregate marks together and you should have passed English as a subject in your 12th standard from a recognised board. Since, you have secured 52% aggregate marks in your 12th standard, you are eligible to appear in NEET examination.

NEET stands for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test and the same examination is organised by CBSE for offering admission in undergraduate medical courses like MBBS/BDS in any medical college across India.
Having completed your Class 12th with PCB group with 38 marks in Chemistry, 54 marks in Physics and 68 marks in Biology i.e 50% aggregate in PCB together you are eligible for appearing in NEET on the age requirement ground as for the NEET the educational requirement is a higher secondary school degree in PCB group with 50% marks in PCB group from a recognized board. Apart from this you also need to be an Indian citizen with your age lying within 17 years to 25 years by the 31st December of that year in which you are appearing in the same examination.
