I have passed my schooling in the year 2019 through RIOS Broad am I eligible to join college in the year 2021 or not?

On the basis of intermediate scorecard obtained from ROIS Board you can surely get admission in any university.

You must have completed intermediate with minimum aggregate of 50% in order to get admission in recognized university.

The rural institute of open schooling ( RIOS) is a valid institute.
You can apply in any college or university now its depend upon the institute that they accept your marksheet or not.
It's depend on the college or university that they accept you marksheet valid or not.
