I am happy to say you that you can definitely get admission in Osmania University to study B.Sc courses as most of the universities require 60% marks in class 12th or equivalent to take admission in B.Sc degree. So, with 70% marks you are definitely eligible for the same.

You are eligible for the admission in Osmania University for BSc coarses. As you say that you secured 70% marks in 12th standard you can apply for BSc coarses in this institute because maximum number of colleges required above 60% marks in 12th for admission procedure.
