Can i join NCC while pursuing B.Com?

In many colleges there is NCC, so, you can join easily if in your college there is a campus of NCC.NCC stands for National Cadet Crops. NCC is a move to develop youth.

Eligibility Criteria-
All college students are eligible for NCC.
Age must be in between 13 to 18.5 years for JD/JW.
Upto 24 years for SD/SW.

There are various types of campus for NCC.
ATC, COC, NIC etc.

Yes, you are eligible to join the NCC while pursuing in the Bachelor of Commerce. NCC stands for the National Cadet Crop and it is important for the candidates which also helps them few reservation in the government jobs.

To join the NCC you need first qualify its physical fitness of running, push up, sit ups, long jump and high jump etc.. After that you have to go with the interview procedure for the selection. To get the information in the details you can visit your nearest NCC Camp.

Yes you can join NCC while pursuing Bcom. I would like to suggests you contact to your college Dean or directly to the Head of NCC ,they will surely provides you NCC. Remember one more thing NCC will be provided only in first year because it is off 3 year course for post Graduation students.

NCC doesn't matter about degree .
Totally selection is based on -->
1) Running capability in intime .
2) Height should be as per their requirement .
3) Body strength .
If you successfully crack these tests , you are eligible to pursue training . If your performance is impressive , you have a advantage , Selected in Defence Academy without any test .

Yes surely you can join NCC but you have to get permission from your college principal and also they will review your application before selecting you.

You need permission from your parents also before joining and everything will be done according to the application procedure. You can get the application from the nearest NCC center.

During the staring of the every academic year,candidates who are interested in NCC should fill the application form for NCC.

-Student must a citizen of India or Nepal.
-Student must be enrolled in any educational Institute.
-Student must hold good moral Character.
-Student must be of age
For Junior Wing/Division 13 to 18 years.

If the educational instutute in which the students is enrolled have NCC then they can join directly but if the institute doen not have NCC then they need to contact the nearby Officer in Commanding of nearest NCC unit.

You are pursuing B.com then your age must be less than 26 years then you can easily join NCC.
You should contact to the priciple of the institute in which you are studying if the institute have NCC otherwiswe search nearest NCC unit and contact the Officer in Commanding to join.

Enrollment period in NCC is of 3years for Senior Wing or Division and of 2years for Junior Wing or Division.
