Sir,my son's name in birth certificate is S.Thanush and but school recordsThanush I want the name same as per birth record as it is original and at the time if admission given to school what are the procedure.

You would need to contact the school authorities to get the name correction form. You would need to fill the correct name of your ward and then had to attach all the relevant documents like Adhaar Card, Birth Certificate and School leaving Certificate with correct name.
