If we complete D.Ed through NIOS which is an autonomous body of the ministry of HRD govt of India, will that certificate be eligible for us to apply for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana state DSC? Can you please let me know the right information on the same? Thanks!

D.Ed is Diploma in Education.

National Institute of Open Schooling which is an autonomous body under Ministry of Human Resource Department of Government of India is a valid and legitimate board.

The certificate will be eligible for any candidate to apply for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.

The Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is offered by National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) is only for those untrained teachers in service. Duration of the course is two years. The NIOS is one of the recognized boards in India; the D.El.Ed from the National Institute of Open Schooling is valid. Untrained teachers working in the schools are eligible to apply for the D.El.Ed course in NIOS.
