Does OBC Non Creamy layer kid eligible to get admission in Kendriya Vidhyalaya school under RTE Act?
I belong to Hindu Ezhava (OBC Non creamy layer) community. Does my kid eligible to get admission in 1 st standard admission in Kendriya Vidhayala Kochi under RTE act, will she get age relaxation of 2 months ( She will complete 5 years only in the month of June. Academic requirement is five years completed on 3/31/YYYY)

Under RTE Act , all Government and private schools provide 25% of seats to children belonging to sc/st/ Obc (non creamy layer) cateogary.
To be eligible for KV admission class 1 , 2022 students age must be between 6 to 8 years. Parents need to fill the KV admission 2022 for class 1 online using 6 steps including registration, filling online etc. |
