There is no such age limit required to appear for CBSE 10th board examinations. But, the candidate must have attained the minimum age of 14-15 years to be eligible to appear for 10th board examinations. Since, your daughter is in IX standard with an age of 13 years, she will attain the age of 14-15 years by the end of her 10th standard. So, she is eligible to appear for CBSE 10th board examinations.

No. According to the guidelines of CBSE a child must have attained the minimum of 14 years of age and must not exceed the maximum of 16 years of age on 31st of March while appearing for 10th standard examination.
