Hello, my daughter she is studying matriculation school 2std.. All cbse school told that age differ,. Her dob 15.6.2015. pls tell me age,. I want to send her 3rd std to cbse school..

The age limit criteria is not determined by the CBSE. It is the directorate of state education board which determines the age limit criteria for the respective state.
So, you can visit the concerned office for the detail information about the admission procedure. |

The correct age of the student should be between 7 years 6 months to 8 years 10 months to get admission in the 3rd standard as per the guidelines of the central board of secondary education (CBSE).

Students must fulfill the required age criteria in order to get admission in CBSE based schools. The minimum and maximum age limit for getting admission in CBSE schools is given below. The minimum age 6 years and maximum age 8 years for admission in CBSE school for 3rd standard admission. |

As per CBSE guidelines, child must be of 5 years as on the academic year for getting admission in class first. So accordingly the required age for getting admission in class 3rd is 7 years.
So if your daughter is of 7 years then she will eligible for getting admission in 3rd class. |

°°° As for the CBSE guidelines, a child must be of 5 years as on the academic year for getting admission in class Ist, accordingly the age required for getting admission in class IIIrd is 7 years.
I would like to advise you to consult with the admission counselor of that particular school so, that he or she can guide you in the right direction and you can also apply in different CBSE schools. |
