This is not a correct statement sir !
how can you say like this .
-> Government teachers have the security in their life even after the retirement they will receive money ..
-> After getting the post as a teacher , its their choice whether they can teach lessons or not to the students , no one will ask about that ... Freedom is there .
-> Holidays will be more than any other profession ..
-> Teacher is not a servant , it is such a good profession who is responsible for better scope of lot of students ...

Yes, employees of government aided schools are considered as Public servant.
Any government employee under state or central government are considered as public servant.

Yes, the employees of government aided schools are considered as public servants.

Even though they are working in private schools, they are recruited by the government. So they are considered as public servants. The salary is paid by the government.

No, you cannot actually call them as a public servant. They do however serve people throughout their life in whatsoever profession they are in.

Still in general, any government employee is considered as a public servant.
