I am Anish pratap singh and i want to ncc. age 15 kolkata....I can join ncc after passing class 8 please help me out how to join outside without school?

There will be no separate classes for NCC training outside schools. Mostly students can get NCC training in their Schools. If it is not available in your School, then you can join in NCC course in near by schools. To do that, First you have contact NCC master of that school. Then you have to ask him about the procedure to join in his NCC group. I think he will ask you, a no objection letter from your principal.
To get that letter, you have to contact your principal with letter written by you and you should get his signature and stamp on that letter. Then you can join in that NCC group.

i am 16 years old and i finished my junior division N.C.C.. I want to join senior division N.C.C. but my school have not senior division. Can i join senior division from outside in this age?

-> Basically NCC students are found in schools only . Because the NCC trainers will be there who guides students in each and every activity .
-> Outside NCC organisations are rare , even though you found it , necessary training will not be there . If you undergo training in college it is better that your school takes care of anything .
-> So don't search for outside NCC training , better join in your school itself it will be advantageous .

Eligibility Conditions:--------

1. Citizen of Indian or a subject of Nepal.
2. Bearing a good Moral character.
3. Enrolled in an educational Institutions.
4. Meets the prescribed Medical Standards.
5. Age limit:
a) Junior Division/Wing (Boys/Girls) - 13 years to 18.5 years
b) Senior Division/Wing ( Boys/Girls ) - Up to 26 years
6. Enrollment Period :
a) Junior Division/Wing (Boys/Girls) - 2 years
b) Senior Division/Wing ( Boys/Girls) - 3 years

7. To join NCC the Candidate should be student only

NCC stands for National Cadet Corps.
Eligibility to join NCC are
-Student must be a citizen of India or Nepal
-Student must be enrolled in any educational institute
-Student must be physically and mentally active and fit

Age criteria to join NCC
-13 to 18 years for Junior Wing or Division
-18 to 26 years for Senior Wing or Division

Enrollment period in NCC
-2 years for Junior Wing or Division
-3 years for Senior Wing or Division

Since , there is no separate training for NCC ,students will have to join in the school from where they are enrolled.
If NCC is not available in the institute in which the student is enrolled then the student can join near by NCC unit.
To join NCC outside their school or college, students will have to contact the officer in commanding of the near by NCC unit to know about the procedure and further details to join.

Yes. Being 13 years old student, you can join NCC during 10th standard from junior division/wing.
There are generally two wings/division are available.
First between the age group of 13 to 18.5 years called junior wings.
Second between the age group of 18.5 to 26 years called senior wings.

There are two wings called junior and senior wings are available for enrolment in NCC.

It takes two years to complete junior wings and three years to complete senior wings.
There are three certificates are available certificate A, certificate B and certificate C.
C certificate is most prestigious and valuable in terms of getting yourself enroled in any armed force in future.
